Convenient place at the time of need. Fresh made and possibly one of the freshest cleanest egg Iv possibly ever had on My sausage bacon and egg. The oxtail soup was really good too. Can of coke £8.20

I just had my first breakfast sandwich from this shop. I had sausage bacon and egg. It was bloody good. Egg cooked perfect, bacon not too salty, butchers quality sausages cooked to perfection. I didn't want the sandwich to end. Very pleasantly surprised. I will return. Keep up the good work. Top quality 5*. Also, staff very friendly and able to come well when busy.

I come here every Friday for myself and my work colleagues. They can't believe the size of the buttys, along with the quality and price. They also have a great selection of pies, cakes and drinks. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

Always love the food here! We usually get a ‘belly buster’ to share, great quality food, loads of it and great prices. The sandwiches are delicious - we also ordered a tray of sandwiches and a tray of wraps for a party a few weeks ago and they were lovely and very well filled - such reasonable prices, our favourite butty/breakfast shop! Staff always friendly 😊

I was told it was good, but good doesn't cover it. Friendly happy ladies serving. The sandwich ( butty) was amazing, fresh, OTT choices I can't begin to tell you, and the size was HUGE. So get yourself in and don't miss out.....thankyou Proper Butties
This is the best butty shop I have been to the staff do there very best to make sure you get what you want the food is great and you get a lot for your money my family and I love this place I go 2 or 3 times a week if you get a LARGE butty it does me for my dinner and my tea the only negative point I have about this place is it doesn't seem to be open on a weekend

Absolutely love this place one of the best butties shop in Lancashire the jacket potatoes and chicken tikka is to die for amongst the pies and Butties list I go at least once a week for one travel from rossendale to get there lovely, happy,friendly, staff little hidden gem this place highly recommended
